I'm gonna get caught up now that my camera cord is found.
Blake did amazing for his first flight. He enjoyed watching Baby Einstein on my lap the entire time. He also enjoyed the bag of cookies the attendant gave him. Once everyone was home from work we went to In n Out. Actually I stayed back so Blake could go to bed. You would think since we have one down the street D wouldn't care to go. But he loves burgers.
The days are all blurring together at this point, but I think we went to LA's fashion district the next morning. Damien was kind enough to tag along with my mom, baby, and Dani. I got some stretch poplin and some knits. All will be used for my summer of NO pants. I'm excited to get started on them. As tradition, we had street vendor food for lunch.
Oh my how I love LA street dogs. They are wrapped in bacon and fried up (healthy I know) Then topped with grilled onions and peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, and condiments. I stick with the grilled veggies and mayo. I LOVELOVELOVE THEM. I was introduced to them a few years back and have tried to replicate. Not as good for some reason. Anyways D wasn't as impressed and got street tacos.
It was pretty warm the majority of the time. Too cold for Deb's pool but perfect for the Mackay's pool. June has her pool set to 98 or something close year round. Blake loved it naturally. Here are a few of him and D. And one hot pic of T if I say so myself.
Oh and Courtney you were close. It was Horchata and Melon horchata. Seperate post on seperate street food to come
