Fish Tacos

We made the best fish tacos on Saturday. My favorite RecipeZaar has the best stuff. We made a few alterations though. We used durado instead of cod and made our homemade salsa to go on them. The salsa is easy, its cut up tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, red onion, and real lime juice with salt & pepper. We grilled our fish with some charcoal. The grill makes everything taste better.
