January-Smanuary

Busy busy busy along with a case of runny noses. Blake had his one year appointment early in the month. He weighs 20 lbs, which is really skinny. And then he is also really tall, I don't remember the inches. Here are two pictures from the dr's office, one was his first visit, not his best picture. We were checking all his oxygen levels and stuff like that. The top is a whole year later. Can you see the matching carpet in both photos? What a difference a year makes

Then we went to the BYU San Diego State Game. And that included waiting in line for 2 hours the day before to get a wrist band, waiting in line the day of for 2 more hours, and then waiting inside the Marriott center for 2 hours before the game started. At some points it was freezing and others it was snowing. Was it worth it? Maybe. Damien would say 'Absolutely.' I felt really old standing in line with all the premission teenage college students. That part wasn't worth it. My brother was kind enough to drop us off some Beto's while we shivered in line and our stomachs growled. It was a great game though. If it had ended up being a crappy game I would have been quite disgruntled to have to wait all that time for nothing. Brando and Trish were kind enough to watch baby for our 7 hour basketball shenanigans.

Also our little guy has a total of 6 teeth. That happened awhile back, can't remember if I blogged about it. But here is a picture to see ALL of them. I love love love them. They are all crooked and as sharp as can be. So far he has attempted to bite my shoulder and my face. I was sadly mistaken when I thought I was getting a hug and a kiss. He did an awesome job of biting D's leg one night. Randomness! We attempted the whole 'bite him back' method...he just laughed at me. We'll have to figure something else out if he keeps it up.
